First encounter not the best but mistakes happen it would be reviewed lower but it’s what done after what counts to me & honestly they stick to their word & fix their mistakes. I cannot recommend EchoPark in New Braunfels enough. I met with Dimitri within a minute of arriving. He took me out to take a good look at the car and was extremely patient with every single question I I met with Dimitri within a minute of arriving. He took me out to take a good look at the car and was extremely patient with every single question I asked. On the test drive he was able to explain any feature I had a question about. When we returned and I was ready to buy the car he made the process extremely easy and did not pressure me into adding anything I did not want. He was also patient with me as I had to go and grab some cash from the ATM. When I paid he had realized that my total was actually a little bit lower than what was on the print out they gave me. Dimitri easily could have just kept that money himself and I would not have known and I think that speaks to his character as a salesman. He explained everything to me clearly and was extremely friendly throughout the whole process. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was super friendly and laid back. When I took the car for an inspection it was dang near flawless just as the dealership promised and I think that is a testament to their quality. You will be in good hands with anybody at this location but if you have a chance to work Dimitri you should absolutely do it you will not find anyone as great as him anywhere More
