This is the worst dealership my family has ever dealt with. I did my research online and found the car through their on line offer. Took this to the dealership after I had communicated on line with a s with. I did my research online and found the car through their on line offer. Took this to the dealership after I had communicated on line with a sales rep. Once arrived in dealership, the sales manger looked at my on line offer, filled out paperwork, did a hard credit check and said we are all good. The finance person came in with paperwork after we were in the dealership for over an hour and puts it in front of us. Not only was the overall cost higher no one in that hour plus even mentioned the issue. The dock fee was higher than listed and more importantly a credit that was listed on the on line offer was not available. Why the 4 different people who saw the on line offer did not catch either of these issues is not only incompetent, it is false and misleading advertising by this dealership. More

Came in for service and left with a new car! Very unexpected but both the service and sales team were great. Service Advisor Kam was amazing! She communicated well and was very personable. One of the worst experiences of my life. I have been coming here for a few years and this was the last time. Made an appointment for my A/C and was without my car for over a month. I spent m I have been coming here for a few years and this was the last time. Made an appointment for my A/C and was without my car for over a month. I spent more in rental car payments than what it cost to fix the car. Brought my car on a Friday with an appointment and they didn't touch the car until the following Thursday. Why would you request a customer to leave the car when you have no intentions of providing a service? Then it sat on their lot another 2 weeks before they looked into fixing it. I know because I have a camera in my car. Also, they threw all my stuff inside my compartments onto the floor of my car and the advisor had to be nice to pick it all up because I refused to leave and was livid. My cards, personal belongings and money were scattered all along the front floors of the car. It's pathetic and I get so upset every time I re-live this moment in my head or talk about it. The manager they had on duty (fat, tall, blackish and maybe hispanic) was freaking terrifying and rude. I could not believe he would treat a customer the way he did me. He acted the way he looked, UGLY. Will not EVER return. Because of this experience I don't even like Chevy cars anymore. I have been a big fan of chevy for as long as I can remember but now, I can't. Corporate needs to do something about this asap. Its unacceptable. More
