I had to play a bit of hardball with the Finance dept. to get a deal that can work for me but I understand that they have to make a profit also, and they didn't make me feel pressured, which is good. Again, Demetrius was chill, real, and relaxed the whole way, not the fake-excited type which turns me off. When I talked to him over the phone I did tell him that I can't get to his dealership until about 5 days, so not only did he understand, he put the car aside for me until I POSSIBLY arrived, again, 5 days in advance. Talked to the Finance dept. about add-ons and again, I didn't feel pressured. I asked questions and they were very transparent with me. I give this dealership 5 stars all the way, and most of those stars are because of the way they treated me. More

Since 2015, Demitrius has taken care my families automotive needs and had always provided over the top service. This most recent purchase was just business as usual, GOOD BUSINESS! After spending 25 years in the car business myself, it takes a lot for me to be satisfied 100% with any major purchase especially a car, and I can honestly say that has been the case with this deal as well as the previous 8 cars we've bought from them. No hassle or "let's make a deal" games with the sales manager Travis, just straight forward no xx communication! I keep returning because of the great relationship with have formed with 2 of their wonderful salesmen, Demetrius and George...as well as sales manager, Jimmy. We always feel that we get the best deal from this dealership and the experience is always stress free. However, it doesn't end there. Any time I bring my Hyundais in for service or warranty work, dealing with Service Advisors Tunde, Mirena and Danny is also fantastic.
