The courtesy from the sales and service dept, were everything I was told I would get with the Hyundai dealerships. The extended time the sales team took to teach this "old dog" about all the new "bells and whistles", left me with the knowledge that they do care about any questions I might have and made it comfortable to take the time to get all my questions answered. Great car buying process! Spoke with Wade before venturing out to the St. Augustine dealership. We explained we had a bad experience from a previous Hyundai dealership in Jacksonville because they w venturing out to the St. Augustine dealership. We explained we had a bad experience from a previous Hyundai dealership in Jacksonville because they wouldn't talk financing at all until we agreed to buy the car. Wade set us up with Demetrius who was very low pressure and easy to work with. Great price on the car and the trade (and yes they talked finances before we signed off). Joey assisted us as well with going over the navigation features and setting up Bluetooth in the vehicle. All in all a great experience for car buying and will certainly recommend others to go there in the future. We are happy to be driving a gorgeous 2011 Sonata! More

We worked with two different salesmen over two days. They were both very helpful, knowledgable, and good natured. We looked at a lot of different cars and ended up buying a Sonata Limited at a good price (pe were both very helpful, knowledgable, and good natured.
