Booked an appointment and was not helped by the original person I chose to get help from. I was told by the salesman (Raj) that I needed to fill a credit application in order to even get an out the door pri person I chose to get help from. I was told by the salesman (Raj) that I needed to fill a credit application in order to even get an out the door price on the vehicle. I know this was a lie. I drove over an hour and booked an appointment to be helped by a salesman with a hassle free experience. I took all the right steps and in return I was given some salesman who did not treat me right as a customer and lied to my face. Purchasing a vehicle is a big purchase and I should not be rushed into buying a vehicle that I can’t even get a price on. I had a terrible experience with Raj Alazzeh because he was very pushy, did not want to offer out the door price, told me there was other people looking to buy and essentially telling me that I am wasting his time. The audacity. I spoke to the assistant sales manager Fred Walker and he was actually able to provide with all the information I was looking for without being pushy and is the only reason I am still even considering to work with this dealership.
