We bought (2) 2015 Ford Explorers and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I've been a customer of Colonial since 2008 when I moved to Plymouth, and I keep going back because I know I will always get the best deal there. I know we got the best value for both of our trades because we checked with 2 other dealers before we ultimately went back to Colonial to finalize the purchases. The entire experience from start to finish was great- There's no pressure, The sales team is knowledgable in the Ford Line up, and knows how to get it done. We went in and outlined what we needed for our trades, and what we hoped to arrive at for a payment. Shane was able to get us a better interest rate than I expected by shopping hard with various lenders. Art G was all class from start to finish, and when the Chips were down Dell made sure that we were happy. Neither of us have ever seen such a friendly group of salesmen before. We spent most of our time working with Jake Eldridge (who was very professional), which was a great help. Jake was very patient with my father and I (which is tough to do considering we are both very needy people). We finalized the purchase of my 2014 ford focus with Dell, Frank, and Shayne. They were also very helpful. Unfortunately, a week after purchasing my car, I got into a car accident which resulted in a total loss. Nevertheless, my father and I went back to Colonial Ford and just like our first experience, Jake helped us again. He ended up finding me an identical twin to my first car and helped us finalize our deal for the second time. Overall, my father an I were more than pleased with our first encounter at Colonial Ford in Plymouth. The customer service was fantastic and Jake was a major help in getting me into the right car. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle with Colonial Ford in Plymouth. Trust me, you won't regret it! More
