I went to the dealership not sure what to do, my current BMW I brought in 2016 was hitting its highest mileage. It's clear from the outset that they are customer focused, straightforward, and want to earn your business on the sales side, and then work hard to take care of you on the service side. Karen helped us with our most recent purchase and we couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. Buying a car can be an unnecessarily stressful process and for many customers the typical way dealerships operate (high pressure, disingenuous pricing schemes, and incessant follow ups until you purchase) put people off to the process entirely.
