The whole process was great from start to finish. The only reason we ended up shopping for a car at Oakes was because Melissa reached out in regards to buying our Chrysler Pacifica. She offered us the best deal of anyone in the area. She was very kind on the phone and over text and when we pulled into the dealership she met us in the parking lot to greet us!! Since we were there, we decided to test drive a Kia Carnival. Melissa walked us over to the other lot and found a salesperson for us to work with. Isabella was also very prompt in getting back to me with information after Melissa had gone for the day! Taylor was great throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable and informative about the vehicles we were wanting to test drive. There were a couple hiccups and some confusion with the vehicle we drove and the vehicle that was “on paper.” Everyone was very transparent about the mix up and we really appreciated Del getting to the bottom of the price difference between the two cars. The Ramzi in finance was also pleasant to work with and was very personable. Overall we had a great experience and I can foresee us buying cars from Oakes in the future. More
