I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for the installation of the hitch. When I heard and they promised me a full coverage, they changed their words from $498.98 to 50% off ($299.49). Today, I re installation of the hitch. When I heard and they promised me a full coverage, they changed their words from $498.98 to 50% off ($299.49). Today, I received their confirmation for the appointment and again they changed their mind to charge me the full cost ($598.98)!I'm so disgusted and disappointed. I had several disappointments even though I trusted them when I bought my Palisade with the Tysan for my daughter and Santa Cruse for my son in the same day. These people scammed me with the Palisade hitch and they continue scamming me again and again claiming they are fixing the problem. More
