I was a long time Fusillo of Schenectady customer. It has taken some time to get used to the switch to Matthews. I was sad to see that Nick Fear was longer with the Service department. He was the one person I had been familiar with for years. With all that said, my experience with Matthews has been great. Staff are courteous and service is fast. More

I will admit that going to the dealer is always a last resort for me. They are traditionally more expensive that your local mechanic. I am always in favor of supporting my local mechanic, however, in this resort for me. They are traditionally more expensive that your local mechanic. I am always in favor of supporting my local mechanic, however, in this case, he could not help me. As a matter of fact, he is the one that suggested I go to the dealer for this issue. You guys have better diagnostic equipment and are able to find those hidden problems. That is what it was for me this time. You were able to diagnose two or three problems right away. Now, my first thought was spark plugs, which I could have done myself. The coil and the carbon clean not so much. So while I did experience a bit of ''sticker shock'' when I was told the price, I am happy about my decision to go to you for the repair. Thank you. More

We feel that we received polite very good service. Our one issue is that we had to wait for a part to be delivered and noone called us to tell us the part was received. We assumed we would be called upon delivery so we could bring the car back to be fixed. Other than this oversight from our perspective everything was very good. More
