Inspection process of used vehicles prior to sale needs to be tightened up with more thorough inspections. A number of issues found with the truck shortly after purchase. This includes discovering illegal drugs (marijuana) in a compartment under the passenger seat. A extreme risk was placed on me (the client) by this mistake. So, Arrigo seriously dropped the ball here. Dee at Arrigo was apologetic and said they would be fixing the issues found with truck at no charge to me. However, one of the issues (replacement of radio) is being applied to the extended warranty I purchased, which technically is on my dime. Hopefully, it doesn’t negatively impair the benefits of warranty. Their service during the sales process was good and they seem to be standing by their word of repairing the issues. As usual, buyer beware and I would recommend extended warranty on purchase of any used car. More
