Dead Battery Our 2017 Outback would not start, we called the Subaru Road Side Assistance and they came out to jump the car. I started right up, however the rear hatch would not open and the Eyesight system was beeping for no reason. We brought the car in to White Bear Subaru and they got everything working again. Thanks! I appreciate that I can drive in for an unscheduled oil change and get a car wash and clean with it. More

Problems with my new Subaru My brand new Subaru Legacy developed a problem with two failed oil valves within 3 months of my purchasing it. The service center people were wonderf My brand new Subaru Legacy developed a problem with two failed oil valves within 3 months of my purchasing it. The service center people were wonderful in getting me in the center to get the car fixed. They also provided with me a nice, clean loaner car. The people I dealt with were really great with one exception of a very grumpy service guy when I first called about the problem I was having. Also, I did not receive an automated call letting me know that the parts were in to fix my car. Luckily I am not one to sit around so I called them and the service center set me up to come in for a repair within a few days. If it weren't for the grump and not getting an automated call I would give this place a 5 star. More
