Diagnostic review My car stalled and I had it towed to the dealer, since the check engine light was on . The dealer took my car and kept me informed on the status. It My car stalled and I had it towed to the dealer, since the check engine light was on . The dealer took my car and kept me informed on the status. It was a sub zero degree day and after performing the diagnostics they couldn't find anything wrong. They were kind enough to drive it and check to ensure all was ok, in fact they kept overnight and then drove again without issue. I was told they could test more, but I decided to pick it up. I haven't had any issues since then. They thought it might have been a frozen sensor since the car was sitting for a month without usage and was at a bit less then a quarter full. I believe the service team went above the call of duty and was very concerned for me and my car. In fact when they couldn't find anything wrong I wasn't charged. I was extremely pleased and thankful for the excellent service I received. More

Trunk Fix I had brought my Suburu Legacy in to get the trunk fixed in October, but unfortunately the truck issue popped back up 6 weeks later. Thankfully, Subur I had brought my Suburu Legacy in to get the trunk fixed in October, but unfortunately the truck issue popped back up 6 weeks later. Thankfully, Suburu took the time to diagnose the issue and fixed the problem free of charge. More

A clinic in customer service from start to finish My existing Subaru (not bought from this store) developed issues and White Bear Subaru (WBS) could get me in for service a week sooner than my purchas My existing Subaru (not bought from this store) developed issues and White Bear Subaru (WBS) could get me in for service a week sooner than my purchasing dealership. I work as a courier, so my vehicle is my income. Diagnostics revealed an issue which was resolved in just over a day. Over the next several days they performed re-work at no additional charge, ran further diagnostics, and eventually determined the CVt was bad and needed to be replaced. By this time, I had driven the loaner car a couple of weeks, and put several thousand miles on the loaner. I made an appointment to come drive a few other vehicles to see if a trade could be arranged. The test drive vehicle was sitting by the front door, running, when I got there (freezing temps, icy roads), and we went for a test drive (I had not previously been in a Crosstrek, and I’m a big guy at 6’3” and 335, so I don’t ‘fit” in some cars). More went above and beyond to work a deal giving me as much as possible for my trade-in, Dee had been working with me since I brought in the old car, and always kept me informed as to where we were in the process, and Dan helped with financing to include an extended warranty for bumper-to-bumper coverage in a payment I could accept. Start to finish, I felt like everybody I interacted with took a personal obligation to make sure I was treated not just fairly but excellently..My wife is not an easy person to impress, but she admitted that when her only-had-a-year vehicle need upgrading she would definitely be starting her search here.. Fairly confident WBS just got a customer for life. Maybe 3 or 4 - my sister-in-law is in the market within the year, and she’s heard all the good I’ve had to say so far. More

I have one suggestion: train your people who greet drivers to ask "What brings you in today?" Instead of that, when I arrived, a young man only said, "License plates." I wasn't sure what he was asking as, no, I did not need license plates. More

Tried to get information on resetting my TPMS monitor system and could not get anyone in service to talk to me, just transferred me to scheduling twice. Went to Tires Plus and they reset it for free in system and could not get anyone in service to talk to me, just transferred me to scheduling twice. Went to Tires Plus and they reset it for free in 5 minutes. Big service difference! More

Being ignored with problem I brought my ‘15 Forester in for servicing because the check engine and cruise lights started flashing. I had to wait for the part to arrive. Once installed I didn’t even Make it home and the lights started flashing again. I called and left a message for the service writer Dee to call. I haven’t heard from him after 3 days. I also sent a request for a call back on an email for a service review. Agiain, que the crickets nothing. Only I am dealing with the same problem and i’m Out $600.00! More
