I called this location and instantly felt a difference in the way the communication was going! During that phone call I spoke with Ana, Vlad and Isaac. They were all so helpful and instantly started researching options for me based on my criteria and monthly payments I wanted to be close to. I went in after many conversations over the phone and Ana went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. She truly listened to what I needed, patiently let me drive different cars and answered all my questions. She didn't use any cringy sales tactics and made me feel so comfortable. Andrew helped me with the financing side of things and was so professional, friendly and organized. The following week I went to pick up some weather mats and Leo carried them to my car for me. He was so nice! I am so impressed with all the staff at this dealership. They have earned a loyal customer for life. OH and my Mazda CX5 is the most amazing car I have ever had or driven. It feels like high quality luxury and I get so excited every time I see it.
