Best experience with a dealer by far I have ever had! Fantastic people there! Great choices on cars! My sales person was phenomenal and I highly recommend Andrew Masich to talk with and purchase a car Fantastic people there! Great choices on cars! My sales person was phenomenal and I highly recommend Andrew Masich to talk with and purchase a car from at Marhofer's!!! To quote him, " ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT!!" He has checked in on me to see how the car is doing and if i have any questions whatsoever. Great person, great salesman, and Marhofer sure knows how to choose employees! Love the car/truck and I know I can call and ask any questions anytime and they all will be great to talk with. The financial person Aaron Walsh: when I bought/leased my car was great too, Aaron Walsh is the one that you want to talk to when you are settled on that new car. He was pleasant and great to talk with. He took the time to do it right for me!! I could not be more pleased with how this purchase went! They don't work on commission, no pushy sales men, but very thoughtful, helpful and personable which truthfully made all the difference in the world!! THIS IS MY NEW CAR PLACE FOR SURE.... Said you could inspect car Thursday so we dropped off wed night. No inspection thur or Friday. If you had not called sat morning that you inspected and would be done that day I would have picked up my car. night. No inspection thur or Friday. You wanted to upsell a flush n fill when it was done by you 12k ago when the engine was replaced. Heat shield just needed takes up but you say full replacement. Seems like you’re trying to upsell stuff I don’t need. I have received service like this in the past and really think your service needs an update. Get a consultant in to show your team how to do it properly. Also want to point out DeClane was fine but time promised to undo car vs what happened was so poor which is why he is getting a poor rating. Otherwise he is very nice More

We recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 from this dealership. At the outset, the experience was very positive; the sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. However, issues arose shortly dealership. At the outset, the experience was very positive; the sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. However, issues arose shortly after the sale was finalized. Due to rain during the purchase process, we were unable to see that the vehicle had front-end damage. Once the weather cleared later that day, we noticed the damage and immediately contacted the dealership, but received no response. My husband brought the vehicle back the next business day, only to be informed that the car was sold AS IS. The only solution offered was to exchange the vehicle for another in stock; however, the available options presented by their team were no longer actually available. Ultimately, we were told there was nothing they could do. The lack of post-sale support and accountability was deeply disappointing. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this dealership and cannot recommend them to others. More
