I had avoided Mercedes-Benz of Columbus for years due to an occurrence that happened years ago, and I purchased my last two Mercedes-Benz's elsewhere. I'm glad that I gave them another try. Malcolm Waller an occurrence that happened years ago, and I purchased my last two Mercedes-Benz's elsewhere. I'm glad that I gave them another try. Malcolm Waller is an awesome salesman! He got me in and out in a short time, was patient with me and answered all of my questions. Debi Lewis was very professional and thorough. Mercedes-Benz of Columbus has redeemed themselves with me. It feels so personalized and thoughtful. Malcolm has contacted to see if anything else is needed. Malcolm provided plenty of info to me about the different things/amenities I can do not only in my car but also on the amazing app. I am a huge fan of the app already!
