Our only complaint was that the dealership now includes a 'mandatory' $1495 option package (elsewhere listed as 'available' but not mandatory) on ev Our only complaint was that the dealership now includes a 'mandatory' $1495 option package (elsewhere listed as 'available' but not mandatory) on every used car, but did not disclose that in the online pricing. Note that this package was not mandatory when we purchased our last used Honda at this dealership in August 2021. But, Anthony was able to get management to waive this unwanted fee. Without this mandatory undesired package fee issue, I would have given Honda of Lisle a 5-star rating. More
