Debbie was great! When I checked in, she knew enough to ask if the tires were going to get rotated or if they were offset. I told her they were offset because of the p When I checked in, she knew enough to ask if the tires were going to get rotated or if they were offset. I told her they were offset because of the performance package. All I was getting was an oil change about an hour later I went to see what they were doing and what was taking so long… The mechanics were rotating my tires so, I went up to them to tell them that it has the performance package and the tires are offset so you can’t rotate the tires. They started telling me that it doesn’t have that package and the tires or all the same, I told them I don’t think they’re correct and when they looked at the sidewall, they realized that I was in fact, correct and the tires were offset therefore they could not be rotated. Then proceeded to tell me I’m glad you said something… As I was getting ready to pull out, they had to run and get the key for the lugs because they forgot to put it back in the car. Over an hour and a half for an oil change, which was my very first and almost certainly my last this dealership. More

Had my car serviced on 10/17 in Swansboro. Everything was done in a timely manner. Debbie is amazing! She jumped into action and repeatedly went out of her way to help me get my RV transmission repaired and back on the road and earlier than expected!! Since bringing my RV to Sanders Ford Swansboro, Debbie has always taken good care of me and my RV, but in my busy schedule, I never thought to write a review, until today!!! Big shout out to Debbie and the mechanic team for taking great care of me. I'm incredibly grateful, especially now, when its hard to find good conscientious people that you can trust and depend on. The service department is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Everyone is pleasant on the phone. The service technician provided a detailed description of the diagnosis.
