I was greeted by Deana Hicks. She was very friendly. Deana listened, and then explained everything to me. Also scheduled my next appointment Really didn't have much contact with Service person once my Deana listened, and then explained everything to me. There was a mix up when I brought my car into to be serviced they thought I was leaving it all day but wanted to wait for it. Many thanks to Deana Hicks for going above and beyond in servicing my Rav4. It was a rainy day and my side window got off track and was stuck half open. I had taped the window with plastic but in driving servicing my Rav4. It was a rainy day and my side window got off track and was stuck half open. I had taped the window with plastic but in driving it tore off. My husband and I were heading to Spitzer to test drive a new car to replace his 4 Runner. While there, I mentioned the stuck window to Deana. I had no appointment but Deana told me to pull my car in and they'd retape it for me. However, they actually took the time to fix my window! Thanks so much Deana! More

Poor Customer Service I brought my 2018 Toyota Camry in to get it inspected because my state/emissions were up at the end of November. I put on my drop box envelope to see I brought my 2018 Toyota Camry in to get it inspected because my state/emissions were up at the end of November. I put on my drop box envelope to see if a wheel alignment was needed, put on winter tires, mount and balance, and to check my transmission because the car was shifting smoothly between gears. I was advised the cost of the services done to my vehicle were $322 and received a phone call after the work was completed, instead of a prior phone call to let me know a wheel alignment was needed and would be $100. The service manager advised me after looking up my work order that the transmission/shifting issue I wanted looked into was never completed. It seems like Spitzer was only concerned with doing work that they could charge for but the safety of my vehicle was neglected because it still isn't shifting right. The manager did offer for me to come back out there but I live 30-40 minutes away, which means I have to take time out of my day to come back out there because of their negligence. A sorry was giving but that's it, going above and beyond didn't seem like a concern to correct this situation. The conversation between the service advisor and I only exacerbated the situation because Deana Hicks indicated it was my fault and I approved the work to be done since I signed the drop box envelope. I purchased my vehicle in April of 2018 and this has been the worst experience that I have ever encountered with Spitzer's service department. This incident More

Clean, friendly, and good service work! This is my 2nd dealership that I've had to deal with and they are much better than Hyundai!
