My new X3 was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering from the factory, which is impressive. However, it seems that there could be some improvement in tracking the date of arrival. A dealership that really cares about their customers I had been looking for a 2015 328I and had been to about six dealerships. I stopped in the BMW store and struck up a conversation with Dean Stathes. I had been looking for a 2015 328I and had been to about six dealerships. I stopped in the BMW store and struck up a conversation with Dean Stathes. Dean was very mild mannered and I respected his low key approach. I told Dean what I was looking for and then gave him a price. After considering my price the two of us agreed to a middle ground and I bought the car immediately. I told Dean I was not interested in a great deal of other extras...i.e...extended warranties.... and he never once pressed me for anything else. I also enjoyed my time with Susan who spent time going over all the features of the car. I have bought many other vehicles in my years and never once was I treated with the care that this dealership gave me. I know we have several years to work together with service and other experiences but so far they have impressed me more than any other dealer I have purchased a vehicle from. More
