I had a 19 year old truck that needed to be replaced. I had already decided on a used Toyota Tundra based on its quality reputation and feedback on Tundras from friends. I have used Toyota of Louisville I had already decided on a used Toyota Tundra based on its quality reputation and feedback on Tundras from friends. I have used Toyota of Louisville in the past and was happy with the service I had always received from the Sales and Service departments. Stopped in to see what was available. Danny Yared met me at the door and went over the details of the used Tundras. We found one that appeared to be in great shape with low mileage. He gave me an offer sheet and said to let him know if I was interested. I did some more research at home and called him the next day to tell him I was interested. Returned to the dealership and took the Tundra to my mechanic for his blessing. Danny and I haggled a little on the truck, some accessories and my trade-in and agreed on a price that I was very happy with. Closed the deal and completed the paperwork that day. Danny was very professional, knowledgeable and low pressure. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle at least stop by Toyota of Louisville. More

Tim Patella was amazing! I told him what I wanted and he delivered and more. This is not my first visit, I left another dealer who wouldn't give me correct information. We've worked with Glen a couple of times in the last couple years. Bought a Rav4 off him in late '22, and then a GR Corolla in mid-'24. He's always a straight shooter, and reluctant to oversell you a car you don't need or that would be actively harmful to own. Plus, they're the only dealership here in Louisville that didn't add a ridiculous dealer markup during/after the pandemic/supply chain issues, and I appreciate them not being predatory. As long as they're open and I live in Louisville, I'll be going to then for any car purchasing needs. More

Tim Patillo was an absolute pleasure to work with. I live in Georgia and found my "new" car through CARFAX at Toyota of Louisville. He was able to coordinate with his finance team over the phone, and within hours we completed the terms and had a deal. I flew up a couple of days later. Tim picked me up a the airport, did a simple short test drive, and i was able to sit down to complete the paperwork. I also want to compliment the the whole finance team. I am very pleased that they were able to provide very competitive rates. Again, the whole transaction was completed very quickly, and I was on the road back home (after a great lunch at one of their recommended restaurants). Some fInal thoughts, I've purchased a number of cars in the past from a number of dealerships all over the country. Toyota of Louisville is very special. This might not make sense until you visit, but I really enjoyed talking to everyone there. We have a shared set of values which made working together so much simpler. Again, heartfelt thanks to Tim and everyone at Toyota of Louisville. More
