Trevor is awesome! He kept me updated with almost daily communications via text or calls. He was overly apologetic for the delays in the sloppy service, etc. and my truck was literally dirty as xxxx. Nobody washed it at all on the outside. Trevor is somebody that you want to keep I know turnover is probably very high in that role. He deserves a raise and a bonus and you should give him one week and day off. He was working weekends and he was burnt out not a good guy I wish I could add him on my team when I was working before I retired. As you know, it’s very rare these days to find an employee who actually wants to work and put in the effort in the time and with a smile on his face the whole time kudos Trevor. Yes, it was sitting outside for a couple weeks because it took you guys to fix it, but you think you would’ve at least hosed it down. There was sticky stuff from the trees on my windshield, which took me quite a bit of effort to get off. but the actual service techs did a shabby job. The tire was replaced but the cap in the middle of the rim is missing. They left the jack and handle in the back seat of my truck. I had to clean a lot of grease off of the leather seats in the back. They also replaced my mirror on the passenger side but it doesn’t function properly. Plus they somehow cracked the headlight on the driver side. I mean, I told Dean the sales guy that I’m planning a trading in this tundra and buying a brand new Tacoma so you guys are getting a new sale so to speak and Dean is working on trying to find what I’m looking for right now which is good I like Dean he’s awesome Plus he’s a good guy as well. He’s not a pushy sales guy. I’ve been in sales for 30 years and I’m very critical of sales people in general so thumbs up to Dean. I mean, I could easily buy a trade-in my tundra at a different dealership and I told Dean that because I know that there are a few other dealerships in the area that have exactly what I want 2025 indigo blue Tacoma fully loaded pimped out Dean’s all the specs But the dealership in Deerfield Beach has it so I could easily go there and buy it. The only reason why I might buy a few guys because of Dean & Josh. More

I took the 25 Camry to the dealership as a precaution. I heard a noise when I was accelerating that I felt was unusual. The service manager was very understanding and patient.
