After an excellent service experience with Jeff Dirksen on our 2007 Jaguar XK in August, we were invited to their Customer Appreciation event at the end of September. A couple weeks prior to driving up, I on our 2007 Jaguar XK in August, we were invited to their Customer Appreciation event at the end of September. A couple weeks prior to driving up, I became interested in a 2021 Range Rover Sport on their website, and was contacted by Samir. We communicated and developed the framework of the deal (selling price, trade, etc.) over those 2 weeks. Follow-ups from Samir, Noah Serafine, and J.P. Blair came via text to confirm my interest, but were pressure-free. The transaction itself was the smoothest I have encountered - we drove the vehicle, made a minor adjustment to a couple service-related details, and had final agreement on everything within 3 minutes - the entire transaction was done in under an hour (no financing, but lots of paperwork to sign). Alex's in-car overview of the vehicle's features was comprehensive and helpful. They're an hour away from me (I'm in Cape Coral), but I'll be servicing both the Jaguar and the Range Rover there in the future. More

We recently had our Jaguar serviced in Sarasota and give Kathrine in the service department 10 stars! She arranged to have our car picked up, and then returned to us when it was done. She provided excellent Kathrine in the service department 10 stars! She arranged to have our car picked up, and then returned to us when it was done. She provided excellent communication between us and the mechanics as to the status of the repairs. We also received videos from the mechanic explaning what was wrong, which was helpful to understand exactly what the problem was. We highly recommend them. More

Scott really worked to get repairs covered by the warranty I had purchased. He kept us posted each step of the way.
