Roger was awesome. Every person I encountered, (from arriving to the dealership & then leaving with my car fixed the next day) was genuine and professional. I was extremely happy with my whole experience and will definitely be back should my car need maintenance or repairs! More

I went into the dealership because I had a “low tire pressure” alert, The first person who greeted me was a man named Dean. He demonstrated the desire to please the customer, filled my low tire and in pressure” alert, The first person who greeted me was a man named Dean. He demonstrated the desire to please the customer, filled my low tire and indicated I might have a nail in it. Dean suggested I come back between 3:00-4:00 pm because I would more likely be taken care of with less waiting time. I came back around 4:00 pm and sure enough Dean was right. He saw me and I was immediately taken care of. that’s when I met the customer service representative Michael. He was pleasant and explained the options I might or might not have if I had something in my tire. Michael told me the cost to repair or replace the tire depending on what was found. There was a nail in the side wall. Michael showed me the photo depicting the problem and the cost to replace the tire. I agreed to have the work done and waited while the tire was replaced. Michael offered a free car wash for which I was appreciative. This was my first dealing with Jenkins Honda Service department and I was very pleased with the professionalism and eagerness to please the customer. Kudos to Dean and Michael. More
