worst buying experience I've had. They actually said they lost my deposit and then parked a car in front of my vehicle so I could not leave until they found it so frustrating it too They actually said they lost my deposit and then parked a car in front of my vehicle so I could not leave until they found it so frustrating it took five hours for the transaction and I came with cash that they would not accept had something to do with the bank not making enough money for them. So weird definitely will never go back there thank you for asking oh and by the way they said they were gonna pick me up from 5 miles away to return the rental car I used and they did not follow through with that and I had to take an Uber which added another hour to the process so frustrated don't like it when people don't do what they say. More

Dealer found the perfect Tucson in the right color. Went to the Dealer to dive and told Salesman we were interested in the SUV. We had another appointment so we only had about 20 minutes to get a price. Salesman said that was not enough time and wanted us to come back when we had more time. We came back the next day and bought the Tucson. Salesman did not show us anything about the new Tucson. After a few days we had to go back to the Dealership and have the Salesman go through the options. Our offer included a cover for the back that the Salesman never provided. Both my wife and I called the Salesman with questions but he never responded with answers. He did call and just left a message asking how things were going. My wife loves her new Tucson but was very disappointed in the Dealerships sales process and follow-up... More
