The Service department at Gervais is first rate. They provide excellent service at a competitive price. I'm much less impressed with the 2020 Ford Explorer I'm leasing. It has had to go into the shop way too may times for a new vehicle. Recently I needed to have the A/C serviced, something I have never had to do on any of the Fords I owned in the past. Even vehicles over 10 years old with 200K miles on them and the Explorer has 21Kon it. More

I have ordered previously from Gervais, and I can say that they have always been straight forward, no games. So, if you need a Ford got to Gervais Ford. On day 1 of our much anticipated vacation, we were driving from NJ to NH when our 2000 Ford Explorer had a transmission fluid leak and we ended up stranded in Ayer, MA. Little did we know then how for driving from NJ to NH when our 2000 Ford Explorer had a transmission fluid leak and we ended up stranded in Ayer, MA. Little did we know then how fortunate we were to have ended up at Gervais Ford. EVERYONE there was so friendly and super helpful. The part was no longer in stock as it's an older vehicle, but they were able to get some other parts and fix it so that we could continue on our way and not ruin our vacation. Everyone in the Service Dept was so kind and went out of their way to help us out. The mechanic thought outside of the box to figure out a way to get the Explorer fixed. I can't thank the folks at Gervais Ford enough for getting us on the road safely so we could enjoy the rest of the vacation. If we lived closer, they would definitely be the place we would go for all of our Ford needs. Thanks! More

Picked up my 2021 Bronco Wildtrak Sasquatch a week ago and couldn't be happier. This was a dealer mannequin and came very well equipped. This is my 2nd vehicle from them, I had a 2018 F150 Limited and they treated me right with that as well. Got it back much better than it went in. I brought my E250 van for an alignment, oil change, and inspection sticker. Gervais found several things that truly needed attention including front wheel bearings, emergency brake, and a stuck brake caliper. They repaired all the issues and it drives better than ever. On a personal level, they also did the best they could to soften the overall impact of the additional work. More
