Moe was awesome! He is honest and really was easy to talk to. On the other hand, when we got into finance, I don’t recall he name, but got the impression at first he He is honest and really was easy to talk to. On the other hand, when we got into finance, I don’t recall he name, but got the impression at first he just wanted to upsell, when I ask questions, he would just give quick short answers with a “sir” at the end. When I asked about the interest rate, he indicated just because my credit score was good, didn’t mean I deserved a better rate because I had a BK. He embarrassed me in front of my wife like he was better than me. I was ready to walk out. He knows nothing about the circumstances of the BK. We’ve worked very hard to get to 725, over about 6 years. 100% on time accounts. Life happens, we have definitely paid our dues. I will never point anyone to Gateway. I’m not xxxx. I’ve worked 50 years as an automotive technician and most of it has been with General Motors and all of its divisions. I’m still employed at a GM dealer as a Senior Master Technician. I know exactly how sales and finance does business. I see behind the scenes. I hear the name calling to customers. We like the car we purchased and Moe. More
