Dayron walked me through the financing part with ease. Another mentioned is Hansel I never met him but he texted frequently when my sales guy was unavailable. I haven't purchased a car in 18 years so this was like a new experience for me and I must say it was delightful working with all the good folks at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. More

When I went to the finance department, I had to wait on the officer as he was with a client but he let me further wait until he finished his lunch before attending to me. He wasn’t personable at all!! The salesman wasn’t as experienced and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. I was annoyed by his inexperience. I was never offered any refreshment during the entire transaction which took 3 hours times 2 days. I will never recommend anyone to go to the Pembroke Pines branch to purchase a motor vehicle . More
