I honestly didn’t expect to walk out of this dealership as happy as I did. In fact, the way I ended up here is kind of funny. It all started because of a kitten I saw at another car dealership! (I stopped only for the kitten, don't care for this brand of car). I asked an employee there if the cats were being fed and if they are fixed which led to me mentioning my lease is ending soon. He recommended I reach out to Carlo Castillo at Lexus of Pembroke Pines and I’m so glad I did. I made an appointment with Carlo the following week again, not expecting anything worth writing a 5 star review. But I was wrong. Carlo was extremely personable and accommodating. Everyone knows their commission is how they make their money- & rightfully so. But the impression both Carlo & Andres gave me was that they both really wanted to make sure I got what made me happy. Andres Vergara, Product Specialist, very patiently showed me several models and made the process smooth and stress free. I also want to recognize Luis Llorens, Sales Manager, Dayron Armenteros, Finance Manager. Every person I interacted with made me feel valued.
