Worked with Dayri whom was pretty nice but they should have a better sense of communication with clients. I had to call them multiple times to find out what was the process looking like. When they aske have a better sense of communication with clients. I had to call them multiple times to find out what was the process looking like. When they asked me for a co-signer, I told them I did not want a co-signer. After this they stopped the buying process, I found out by calling them to ask dayri to tell her finance manager to stop running my credit . This is due to requesting them to try only with 5/6 banks . They did not listen and ran it with more banks . I dislike wasting my time if the process is an online buying process stop forcing clients on coming into the dealership. Also if a dealership’s finance manager cannot negotiate with a bank to get an approval then why keep him working? A bank always gives a counter offer something that was not even brought to my attention due to lack of communication from finance team and sales team. My experience was not the most pleasant , due to lack of communication, sales and finance not listening to clients request. Advise: listen to clients, communicate with them more during the sales process. More

Dayri, is unlike another other sales rep I have ever encountered in my years of purchasing vehicles from dealerships. Dayri, really listened intently on what I needed, underpromised and overdelivered, f encountered in my years of purchasing vehicles from dealerships. Dayri, really listened intently on what I needed, underpromised and overdelivered, fought hard for me and was never pushy, was very pleasant, funny and easy to talk to. It is as if she knew the car would get sold to me all along and was my guardian angel during the process. She liaised exceptionally well when negotiating prices with the Eddy the store/sales manager, verbalized the shopping process fairly well and accurately. The shopping experience was easy, and comfortable, and hassle-free. She helped me get the deal I was shopping for!!! It so happened the car I was purchasing was of her colleague Aderly. Aderly was very helpful as well in explaining the cars history and setting my mind at ease as of to the care of the vehicle while in her and her husbands care. Aderly was very friendly and communicative and informative. This was beyond helpful, and while doing so exercised an exceptional partnership with Dayri. For my next vehicle I will be returning for the Kona or all electric model and I am 100% certain I will be looking for Dayri @City World Hyundai!!!! More
