Wendell did a fantastic job introducing me to the Subaru brand. I test drove a Crosstrek and Outback Wilderness. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. Wow! For a few years, I've been coming here for service on my Subaru that I had purchased elsewhere. I decided it was time to upgrade so I came into sal For a few years, I've been coming here for service on my Subaru that I had purchased elsewhere. I decided it was time to upgrade so I came into sales and the experience was phenomenal! I knew what I wanted and was setup with an appointment with Zach Gaskill - he arranged to test drive the same model, but a different trim level as they did not have the trim level I wanted on the lot, but there were some on the way. After the test drive, I was hooked and we looked at the numbers and did the paperwork. Zach was in constant contact, giving me updates as my vehicle was in transit. He even sent pictures minutes after it was off the truck. When it was finally ready, the final purchase experience was just as great. I worked with Hector on the finance side and he worked out an AMAZING deal which was better than what I was hoping for. I know I got the best price and best deal possible without all the hassle that has traditionally gone into a vehicle purchase. I was completely blown away by how GREAT this entire experience was. Thank you Zach, Hector and all of Sport Subaru. You guys rock!! More

David was a great help to my family when we were looking for my first new car. While I knew partially what I wanted I still had lots of questions. the dealership is great- excellent customer service and the most efficient service dept i have encountered. my issue is my brand new 2024 cross trek limited. i traded in my 2021 limited or a 2024 limited t the most efficient service dept i have encountered. my issue is my brand new 2024 cross trek limited. i traded in my 2021 limited or a 2024 limited thinking id get exact same car just newer. NOT SO! first no built in navigation- it’s now a $675 option ( i was not told this) you must use phone. if you don’t want to or live or travel in area with poor cell service you are SOL-so either pay the 675 or purchase a garmin. second- do you wear polarized sunglasses? good luck with the crappy resolution on the 11.5 info screen -the entire bottom half is so distorted and darkened as to render unreadable and the backup camera resolution is dark and blurry. so put a hinge on those glasses as you’ll constantly be pushing up and down to see the screen. but most egregious? 16MPG in city. 16! i’m supposed to get 26. i’ll give it a few more weeks to see if this is just “ breaking in”. but i will probably have to take in for service to find out what’s going on. in short it’s still a safe reliable car but a poor substitute for my 2021. More
