From the beginning, they make you feel like family. This is the second vehicle in 12 months we have purchased here, there will no where else we would go. Dayana is incredible, she makes sure everything is explained and keeps in contact during the whole time since I started dealing with her. Kevin, well, he will make you feel like you are family. From the moment he saw us, his eyes lit up and he made sure everyone knew we were repeat customers. He makes sure he works for you and explains everything in detail. I feel like I have known him all my life. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, the folks here make sure you don’t stress. If the deal isn’t going “their” way, you won’t know, they are there to make sure you are happy with your purchase so they can earn repeat business. I would say they earn your business and not expect it. Thank you all for your help. More

Started off good. Went over my lease buyout plans. I kindly refused the deal they offered, but they made the honest effort to come up with a better plan. I still did not like the numbers and told them my plan moving forward. We ended it at that, but ever since that interaction they have not left me alone. They keep bugging me with different offers that still do not fit my budget. I have refused very kindly, but they keep calling and calling. They keep playing with my credit and continuously run my credit for a better plan which is absolutely inconvenient. Very annoying at this point. 0 stars. More
