I do not recommend this place. They are far from professional. I ordered a car from Dealer in June. On August 3rd, Salesperson Lina called me on the company phone and said that They are far from professional. I ordered a car from Dealer in June. On August 3rd, Salesperson Lina called me on the company phone and said that the car had arrived and the remote starter on had not been installed yet, I told Lina that I did not want a remote starter. They installed a remote starter on the car without my permission. I bought the car on August 15th. When I checked the remote starter, I noticed that it was not working properly. On August 29th I emailed Gary, the sales manager, informing him that the Remote starter was not working. I was not satisfied with the product and asked them to share their return policy. I said that under Connecticut law companies are required to share their return policies.If they don't have a return policy, I reported that I have a 30-day return period under Connecticut law. Sales manager Gary didn't share their return policy with me and blocked my email. The remote starter they sold me does not work and they do not want to help in any way. They talk to you until they sell the car, then they don't even look at you. When they sell cars, they forcefully sell non-working accessories. They don't share any return policies and they violate Connecticut law. No one should buy a car or anything from them. They are deceiving people. They don't refund my money. Especially general sales manager Gary is very disrespectful and rude. Here I am writing again. If they want to check the product and help me, I ask them to give me a service appointment. I can bring my car and be happy to return the remote starter that is not working. More

Very attentive and accommodating I just leased a new Scion tC, which is my 3rd car from A1. This whole sales experience has by far been the best! First of all, I went in with my Dad w I just leased a new Scion tC, which is my 3rd car from A1. This whole sales experience has by far been the best! First of all, I went in with my Dad who has a bad back and can't sit or stand for very long. My sales rep, Sunny, was excellent at expediting the process while still being very thorough and not making me feel rushed. He, and several other members of the staff (including GM, AnnaLynn Wheeler, Dawn Wheeler, and several others), were very attentive and accommodating to both me and my father. They even offered to bring over a different chair or to let him sit in a different office/room for more comfort. Sunny listened to what I said I wanted and once I narrowed down my options, he presented me with a very clear written breakdown comparing the prices with and without some of the accessories I was thinking of adding. It honestly couldn't have been easier! I decided that I wanted a color that they didn't have on the lot so they would have to "order" it. He then brought Mustafa (from accessories) over to help go over all of the "add-on" options as well as which packages would be best for me as far as price and efficiency! Mustafa was excellent...knowledgable, quick and thorough, and very nice! This appointment was on a Monday and my car was ready to be picked up by Thursday! Unfortunately for me, I was in the ER and had to have emergency surgery that day. Sunny sent me a "get well" message that day and then kept in touch with me to find the earliest day/time that I could go pick it up with the least amount of wait time possible! He arranged his schedule to get me in early in the am before it got busy and went out of his way to make sure everyone involved in the process made it as quick and easy as possible. Lastly, Angel Ramos was very nice and very prepared. He went over everything in my contract and was very straightforward about which care packages would be worth the money for me. I thank everyone at A1, including the many other people I didn't mention by name that were friendly, accommodating and helped make the experience as easy as it was. More

Becareful buying without negotiating- Buyer Beware Quincy as a Salesperson is great and I've just purchased my 6 and 7th Toyota from him. I guess the only person I have to blame is myself for being so Quincy as a Salesperson is great and I've just purchased my 6 and 7th Toyota from him. I guess the only person I have to blame is myself for being so trusting and not dealing with A1 without the proper market knowledge of what a fair price is to pay for the two, 2014 Highlanders that I just purchased. A1 has a set price for cars which caused me to let my guard down and be overly trusting and not negotiate anything and just pay what they charged. It wasn't until after the papers were signed etc, that I realized that it appeared that I was being overcharged for optional equipment. Charging $299 for a rear bumper protector, that they sell for $119 at their parts desk and according to a few websites cost them $89 is unfair. A fair price would have been their counter price plus time for installation. And this is only one item, I bought a total of seven accesories for both cars. This is based on prices that I saw listed at the Toyota.com website, Edmunds.com, MSNautos.com web sites. I'll also definately talk to other dealers before I blindly make a purchase. So, I'll still buy from A1 in the future because they're convenient to my office, but this time I'll be very sure that I'm fully loaded with good market knowledge before I begin the purchase process. Buyer beware, lack of market knowledge can cause you to pay more than whats fair. More
