Emre - we called you when your car came in and went over accessories with you, you said you wanted a remote start and tinted windows. We proceeded to install the remote start and then you called in after it was installed to cancel your accessories. We informed you the remote start was installed already and that we were able to cancel the tints before they were installed. Knowing this, you showed up from out of state to pick up the vehicle, then proceeded to try to negotiate with me to get the remote start for a discounted price or have it taken out. I respectively explained to you, with no hard feelings, that we are not a negotiating dealer and offered to give you your deposit back or put your name back on the list without charging you for the remote start. You decided to take the vehicle with the remote start in it. A few days later you called and emailed in and spoke to multiple people claiming that the remote start is not working properly and were told by every person including myself (via email) that the next step is to have the vehicle looked at by our certified technicians, and you have refused. Now you have just continued to call over and over and email over and over asking the same question that we have already told you the next step for, but you refuse to accept the response. I have never been rude or disrespectful to you, I have simply gone over procedures and processes with you, that you refuse to follow. You just keep demanding a refund or for us to just send you a remote start, without letting us actually look to see if there is a problem from what you claim. Again, Quincy is a great, very professional salesperson to deal with and is genuinely concerned about his customers. He went to bat for me, brought me concerns regarding pricing to the management and things were changed to my satisfaction. Quincy and A-1 investigated their own internal pricing for accessory items and have adjusted them accordingly to allow for a fair mark-up of the item and a fair amount of labor for their installation. As long as a dealer makes a fair profit, this is all that anyone can ask. I'm now back to being a satisfied A-1 customer.
