Dawn Holmes

I'm Dawn Holmes, the new Service Advisor Assistant at Harry Robinson GMC. I am originally from Fort Smith, just recently moved back to Fort Smith after living away for about 20 years. I'm committed to providing exceptional service to our external and internal customers. I have over 20 years experience in customer service. 10 years experience in the transportation industry thru Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) before moving back. I went school at ITT Tech Institute in Cordova, Tn for Computer Electronics Engineering as well as at Northlake Community College in Irving, Texas for Computer Graphics Design. I'm friendly, hardworking, and creative and I enjoy helping others. I am a mom of 4 grown Adult children Jaymal, Christian and Cydney, plus my bonus daughter Celsa. I’m an Oma(grandmother) to 2 beautiful little girls Ciris(4) and Carson(2).
