The service department has had my son's Ford Focus for over 2 months. We don't get a phone call ever. We always have to call. They have not fixed the problems with the car although we have already paid ov over 2 months. We don't get a phone call ever. We always have to call. They have not fixed the problems with the car although we have already paid over $4000.00 to fix it. When we wanted to speak to the General Manager, Davit, he would not come out of his office and told his second, Charlie, that he did not want to talk to us. I am absolutely shocked at the lack of communication and professionalism. More

Service department is horrible, they are definitely not doing a satisfactory job and ensuring safety for its customers. Just got a tire patched and they over inflated the tire so much that when driving hom doing a satisfactory job and ensuring safety for its customers.
