This is the 3rd BMW that we've purchased here and their courtesy, knowledge and competitiveness has consistently been first rate. Their showroom is comfortable and functional and the personnel are personable and knowledgeable. Our salesman, David Yavel, was extremely courteous, fair, open and honest. I especially appreciate the courtesy, knowledge and expertise that I've experienced in the their service department while maintaining my previous BMWs. Whether it was an operational question or a troubleshooting problem, the service staff has been top notch and my service adviser, Frank Trotta, has always been courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to work with. Terrence Palmer has always been the quintessential BMW "Genius" for our previous deliveries. More
