I’ve been a Toyota team member at the Georgetown Kentucky factory for 31 years and counting but unfortunately the dealerships in my area (Lexington, Kentucky) would not honor my Toyota employee discount, Thankfully for my wife and I Candice was kind enough to honor my discount with the help of her manager. Every facet of this purchase experience was amazing, from honest and prompt communication, to listening to the customers needs, and even creative financing. Today we picked up our new vehicle and were treated like royalty by the entire staff! It almost felt like we had won a game show rather than purchased a new car!
