We went in not expecting to walk away with a new vehicle, but after checking out an upgraded and newer version of what were we already driving, and doing some detailed negotiating, we arrived at a price point that was both fair and worked for us. Everyone we dealt with from the time we arrived at the lot to when we left with our new vehicle were professional, helpful, courteous, and good to work with. Felt like I had just come home for the holidays! We have owned several cars in our almost 40 year marriage. Toyota has always been our number 1 choice of cars adding a Scion a few years ago. For us We have owned several cars in our almost 40 year marriage. Toyota has always been our number 1 choice of cars adding a Scion a few years ago. For us a car that can give us comfort, mileage and beauty is really important, but for the most part it has to come with an affordable price tag. Yesterday we took a look at a Corolla Sport which drove like I was made for her. (Oh! trust me - I was!!!) We worked with four employees - I didn't get Tara's last name, but she showed us the vehicles and test drove with us. She was thoughtful (it was raining and very sweet! - on the ball!) Our Sales Specialist was Nicolette Glaspey. She was professional and lots of fun. As she answered questions she was thorough and very clear. She took the time to explain all the new features - ugh - all the electronics - ugh - with us. Now they don't look so scary! Nicolette worked hard to get a figure we could work with. Chris Supple Director of Sales kept working with us until we could reach our goal. I know, that is his job, but he really put effort into it and was very patient. We are loyal Toyota/Scion customers and he recognized this in their offer as well as ours. I would go back in a heart beat, well, maybe 3 or 4 years....I want to enjoy my new car!!! Last, but not least I would like to add David Watts to our list. He was our Finance Director. Every form was explained..page after page, after page. He answered each question with a clear understanding and very graciously. When I had a question and he couldn't reach Sales by phone, he patiently left the office twice to confirm an answer for me about the car. I highly recommend this team. More
