Not happy with our recent experience at Westside Lexus

Pre-Owned. Found a vehicle that was about 9-months old in new condition. My wife was told the keys for the vehicle was available. We agreed on a price, signed the contract & payment was made.
After this process, we went to pickup the keys only to find out there was only one key. The salesperson told us he is not sure if there was another key & would try to locate the 2nd key. Then a day or two later, I noticed the owners manual was also missing. I informed our salesperson and he said he would check with the original owner.
After a couple of weeks of going back and forth, we were told neither were available. He told us it was not certified & is sold as is, but he is the same person that originally told us both keys were available. A replacement key is almost $600 and I feel like we were cheated and lied to at Westside Lexus Pre-Owned.
I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer again.
