I have been looking at a new Tundra for a few months now. Last week, I decided to go for it, and put a deposit down. I was expecting one to two months for a delivery on a new Tundra. My salesman, Gareth Gran Last week, I decided to go for it, and put a deposit down. I was expecting one to two months for a delivery on a new Tundra. My salesman, Gareth Grandt, kept me up to date on the build. Turns out, it was much quicker! I got a phone call this morning from Gareth with the news, it’s here! Today, I hopped over to Toyota of Cedar Park. Buying vehicles has always been one of those things that it’s great driving away with a new set of wheels, but the lead up to it is long, boring, tedious, and causes headaches. Not so today. Gareth was gracious with his time, walking me through everything. We checked out the truck and took it for a spin. Getting the paperwork done was so much simpler than I remember from other purchases. I met David in finance who was super easy to work with. I also met two individuals in accessories, Conner and Carter. Great guys! Gareth had everything down to a science without feeling like it was science, timing was great, and he kept me up to date on where we were throughout my time there. Hands down, this was the best vehicle buying experience I have had! Gareth and the team were great! Thank you TCP! More

Everybody at the dealership was extremely nice and friendly. Greeted by Ali and taken immediately to Stephen. Stephen was patient, and helped us get the best deal possible on our Tundra. He was very attentive to our needs, and very easy to deal with. Jesse was very patient with me while we set up the app, and probably spent more time helping me than he should have! Michael was personable, knowledgeable, and provided me with a great buying experience. I’ve only bought 2 brand new cars in my lifetime, but have visited several dealerships in the car shopping process (V with a great buying experience. I’ve only bought 2 brand new cars in my lifetime, but have visited several dealerships in the car shopping process (Volvo, Audi, other Toyota dealerships), and can say hands down, that Toyota of Cedar Park is the nicest dealership I’ve ever been to. Their customer service and facility were fantastic! More

I think one of the most important things about my experience at dealership is that I felt so respected and treated with dignity. We were at another dealership right before we came to this one and we experience at dealership is that I felt so respected and treated with dignity. We were at another dealership right before we came to this one and we ended up walking out of that deal because we were treated so poorly. This dealership Did an outstanding job, and I always felt respected and treated well through every step of the process. They were transparent about everything, and I never felt that they were trying to sneak in extras without telling me. At the first dealership we went to, they definitely tried to sneak in a $3000 service package without telling me. The only reason I was able to figure it out was because I knew approximately what the payment should be and it was off. At Cedar Park, they didn’t try to do that at all. I even did end up buying a service package at Cedar Park, but not because they tried to sneak one in. But because they presented it in a way that I felt was acceptable. Everything about the dealership was centered on making me feel welcomed and valued. From the moment I got out of the car, there were people who greeted me at the door. Everyone took their time to explain everything, and I felt like they were transparent and honest every step of the interaction. I can’t recommend them enough. I would absolutely buy another car from the dealership in a heartbeat. More

Jesse made my car buying experience the best I've ever had! We went from randomly stopping by and finding the vehicle of our dreams, to Jesse staying close to management to be the first to find out when had! We went from randomly stopping by and finding the vehicle of our dreams, to Jesse staying close to management to be the first to find out when it's available to be sold, to us signing for the car in less than 24 hrs from when we first stopped by. The personal attention, the constant communication, no pressure and being felt like I had an advocate for what was best for us. Great experience!!!!! More
