Service guy (David) was on vacation and when i went to pick up my 2020 Tacoma there was no one there to explain what had been done ! The paperwork i was handed me may as well been written in Japanese !! I pick up my 2020 Tacoma there was no one there to explain what had been done ! The paperwork i was handed me may as well been written in Japanese !! I did notice there was no mention of doing an lube Oil & filter change which i requested when my truck was checked in !!! More

This place is phenomenal in the morning. I was there at 6 AM to get my oil changed and everybody knew what to do. I was fast friendly I would definitely recommend Temecula Toyota. Though the wait to get checked in seemed long due to the number of people checking in at that time, once I finally did get to check in, the process went very smoothly. I was advised of my service needs and options, and once decisions were made to proceed, the vehicle work was completed before the estimated time. Most importantly, the reason I brought the vehicle in was addressed. More
