My husband walked away with his first leased vehicle. Tee explained every detail to us. There were no hidden fees or surprises, as there are in many dealerships. We didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of or pressured. This dealership shows integrity, value and overall concern for their customers. It’s the real deal - which is so difficult to find in this industry. They were fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. I worked with Larry who was honest and transparent the entire time. He never tried to push me to something I didn't want and we ended up ordering the car. I was told it would take 4-12 weeks and with a little luck 3 weeks later I drove away with my new car. Danny and Dave gave me a fantastic deal which was the best offer of the 4 dealerships I went to initially. Each time I've gone through the car buying process it has been a hassle. These guys made it super easy and were extremely transparent throughout the process. I look forward to using them for my service needs. I've since gone back twice for service on my truck, and my experience with their Service Department was an extension of that with their Sales team. In both service visits I've worked with Vance Williams, who has been courteous, professional and friendly. He also has taken the time to describe what was involved with each service appointment, which was very helpful. The biggest takeaway - At many dealerships, one can feel like just another customer to process. Not here - the personalized attention makes a big difference. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used Toyota! More

The sales atmosphere is low pressure with a focus on customer service. I drove off with what I wanted not what someone else wanted me to have. This is not the first truck I've purchased from this dealership with Randy K. as my sales representative. As in the past he went out of his way to be certain I was getting the exact truck I wanted. Since I am rather particular the vehicle I wanted was not in stock so Randy located it at another area dealership and brought it into stock at Torrington just for me. Best of all, he didn't make a big deal out of doing this for me! Go try that at other area Toyota dealers and see how you make out. My truck was delivered to me sparkling clean at a time that was convenient to me. At delivery Randy explained all the features of my new truck including the myriad of technical gadgetry. My great thanks to Randy and the rest of the staff at Torrington Toyota. Keep up the good work! More
