PLEASE ask for another salesperson QUICKLY!!!! I can't say much about the dealership because the ONLY person I dealt with was David Terpoili who lied from the very beginning. We are in the midst of the COVID-19 nightmare and I could only text back and forth with him. He contacted me on his day off (Tuesday) and couldn't do anything until the next day because of their work schedule. Long story short, he told me that he got the approval on Wednesday. Thursday... he said "the bank needs to send the final approval over to him". Friday...he said the same thing, the banks are slow because of COVID-19. I asked him who his Finance Manager is, he said it was "him" RED FLAG!!! Do you think I'm stupid??? On Saturday, I ended up going somewhere else,. I started the process 11 AM Saturday morning and was picking up my car by 4:00 PM Saturday afternoon. THIS MAN LIED ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS!!! I wish that I read his reviews prior to dealing with him, I would've saved myself a few days. What a waste of time!!!! It's even worse because you don't feel safe texting back and forth and because of COVID-19 the entire car buying experience is not as personal as it was. Then to be lied to like you're nobody is the absolute worse. Doesn't he realize he represents the entire dealership during this time? What a complete A**HOLE!!!!! Was lied to. Was interested in Toyota Camry. Was working with sales guy , and was almost pushed into buying a car that was more money more miles. There was 2 cars I was interested in and was told they were with sales guy , and was almost pushed into buying a car that was more money more miles. Bought newer car less miles elsewhere Really upset was really excited to purchase from them. And they would of had 2 definite sales my boyfriend is also looking for a newer car.
