Service was very good. Cost of service completed was high, and service person was not empowered to adjust pricing. Not easy to work with. I made an appointment. When I got there to drop my car off I was asked who my service tech was. No one told me. I didn’t know I needed the name. Whe I made an appointment. When I got there to drop my car off I was asked who my service tech was. No one told me. I didn’t know I needed the name. When I got back to pick my car up, the tech I worked with told me I had to see David because he was my tech and he was nice enough to check me in because David was on lunch when I got there. I did get there 25 minutes early but I told them I was leaving my car so I didn’t think it would be a problem. I gave my coupons when I dropped my car off and the tech said they were fine. I didn’t get the discount so I asked David and he was reluctant and finally agreed to give me 20 off. I had a 10.00 off oil change and 15.00 off the transmission flush. I guess you can’t use 2 but the first tech didn’t tell me. I could have just had the transmission flushed and taken my car to my local mechanic for the oil change where it’s cheaper. David said 20 dollars off take it or leave it. He seemed aggravated when I told him I had an coupon. Additionally, the power was out at the dealership when I picked my car up. If I was informed I could have brought cash or a check. Instead I had to leave a copy of my credit card which I absolutely do not feel comfortable doing. I also did not receive my free car wash coupon which I guess doesn’t matter because I have no intention of returning for the car wash. I gave the dealership a 2 because they did perform the work. The guys at HOG are always prompt and courteous! They do a great job of handling your requested service. I work close by, so I take advantage of the free shuttle service provided by the dealership They do a great job of handling your requested service. I work close by, so I take advantage of the free shuttle service provided by the dealership. I just drop my car off, they give me a ride back to my office then notify me when my vehicle is ready. They pick me up at my office within 10 minutes, pay the cashier, pick up my vehicle and I am back in business! More
