I was so lucky to work with David Spafford. He was personable, attentive, and treated my truck like his own. There was a warranty issue that needed to be addressed and he resolved it within a week. I had been to different local Toyota dealership and was not happy with the service person there. He was indifferent and not attentive to my concerns. David was THE BEST! I will definitely be going to Lia Toyota from now on.

David Spafford kept me appraised of what was going on with the repair, which was quite extensive. However, I’m less than happy with the sales side

However, I’m less than happy with the sales side of the shop and will probably never buy a vehicle from them again. As the other Toyota dealer in the area has a poor reputation, I’ll end up buying a different make. This will fall on deaf ears as I don’t think they care.
