I found the Sante Fe in the trim level and color I was looking for on the lot in Valdese. After some haggling back and forth over the price we agreed and submitted a credit app. The application was approv looking for on the lot in Valdese. After some haggling back and forth over the price we agreed and submitted a credit app. The application was approved and we arranged a time the following day to come sign the paperwork and pick up the car. Upon arriving at the dealership we were told the car was still in the detail shop and would be out soon. When they pulled It around for delivery the car looked awful! There were water spots all over the matte finish. When I mentioned this to the sales manager he said he would send it back to the clean up shop and have them fix it. Prior to this I saw one of the salesmen "scrubbing " the stains with a towel and window cleaner, which I have read is a big no-no for matte paint. The car was taken across the road to the clean up shop. After 30 minutes or so I walked over to check on the progress. The guy working on it told me it would take quite a while to try and remove them all. I informed the salesman I wasn't interested in purchasing a new car that looked as bad as this one does and if they could fix it without destroying the matte finish I would still be interested. 5 days later I received a message from the salesperson that it was fixed. I asked when we could come back to look at it and he told me never mind, the sales manager had backed out of the deal since they were going to be losing almost $4,000! I realize the sales quote wasn't signed but this is a pretty crappy way to run a dealership if you ask me!! More

Absolute worst dealership I've ever been to. They bait and switch fees on both the car purchase as well as the repairs. I beg of you not to go here so that you don't have to experience what I have. Wait times are horrible, you'll always pay more than what's quoted, and you'll wish you had gone somewhere else. Complained to the dealership last time and they called me and agreed that I had a bad experience and was bait and switched on the repair costs. He said he'd be following up with me in 2 days to see what he could do to adjust it and make it right. Never heard back and called 2-3 times and left messages to no avail. I will never purchase a vehicle here again and I encourage you not to go here for repairs/service either. More
