Explorer sat at Hall for 8 DAYS: WITHOUT FULL DIAGNOSIS, NO PARTS ORDERED, ASSIGNED TECH WORKING OTHER REPAIRS, DENIED "LOANERS" DURING ALL 3 TURBO REPAIRS THEY'VE DONE, SINCE MAY 2024, & our 2018 Explorer NO PARTS ORDERED, ASSIGNED TECH WORKING OTHER REPAIRS, DENIED "LOANERS" DURING ALL 3 TURBO REPAIRS THEY'VE DONE, SINCE MAY 2024, & our 2018 Explorer would have sat, FORGOTTEN & NEGLECTED, for WEEKS LONGER, if I hadn't taken up MY TIME to WALK IN & ask WHY AREN'T OUR EMAILS, & THE VOICE MESSAGES WE'VE LEFT, BEING REPLIED TO!!! AND, 3RD turbo replacement was, actually, the 2ND replacement for the right side turbo, all because the OIL FILTER WAS NOT REPLACED in May, only the 6QUARTS of FRESH OIL WAS POURED INTO THE ENGINE... I was told "some old parts are reused", but reusing a DIRTY, CLOGGED UP OIL FILTER is just plain LAZY &CHEAP!!! $9000-$10,000 in repair work, in LESS THEN 6MONTHS, & we're being ignored... More

The quality of service, the truly honest communication, and the overall car-buying experience at this dealership are AMAZING! My most recent purchase (and most emotionally significant) was a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak...and if you have followed the Bronco saga for even a day...you know how extremely difficult it is to obtain one of these vehicles. The team at Hall Ford worked with me to place my original order in February of 2022...due to supply chain issues and parts constraints my vehicle had to be re-ordered in September which then crossed into the Model Year 2023. David Camper contacted me on the first day the new order banks opened and re-ordered my vehicle...because he did this in such a timely fashion...I was able to get my build scheduled within a month of his re-order! This is almost unheard of in the Bronco world. His diligence and the diligence of the team at Hall Ford led to me picking up my Bronco on December 31st, 2022. Truly a car buying experience I will NEVER forget! The bottom line: I love my Bronco and the team at Hall Ford Elizabeth City from top to bottom is fantastic. While I live in the Southern Virginia/North Carolina corridor I will NEVER buy from another dealership. Period. This team is that good. My experience from the initial order to changes of accessories, to the final purchase, was hands down AMAZING!
