Terrible. Sold be 2008 lexus rx 350z that had major engine problems among other major problems. Literally had check engine lights come on within 2 hours of getting home. This was October 17, 2024. Refused to give me money back. They do not up date you on anything unless you are diligent in contacting them. And maybe they might give information. January 5, 2025 I still do not have my and have been informed it needs a new used engine! No ETA . Refuse to give money but constantly tell you they want to make it right with customer. Do not buy here. Worst customer service ever and dealer ship I ever experienced . Upper management might email. They blow you off once they have your money. I will never use this place or recommend. More

AVOID AT ALL COST. I bout a vehicle here that had a check engine light on when I test drove it. They promised they would get it in to get it tested and would call me ba I bout a vehicle here that had a check engine light on when I test drove it. They promised they would get it in to get it tested and would call me back Monday morning (I bought on Saturday) to get an appointment set up. They also said they would email me my sales paperwork and I don’t need hard copies. I called four times to get the sales paperwork and kept being promised they would send them. I had to show up in person to the dealership before they would give them to me. While I was there I asked about the check engine light again, which I had already called twice about. They promised once again they would get it in and taken care of. I have called three more times since then and they refuse to do anything about it. I had to take the vehicle to a mechanic who ran tests and said it has a bad EGR and a rear main seal leak. Now I’m out of pocket $3500 for repair on something the dealership should have, and promised, they would take care of. They do not care about their customers at all. DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVE N MOTION More
