Needless to say, we called for a total of 8 times to get this resolved. Neither the sales manager nor the GM found the time to call back. Do not use them if you can avoid this bunch. More

BUYER BEWARE. .. I Custom ordered a new Escalade V 7 months ago from Moore Cadillac, and the dealership and I agreed to a price of MSRP. After doing my due dili .. I Custom ordered a new Escalade V 7 months ago from Moore Cadillac, and the dealership and I agreed to a price of MSRP. After doing my due diligence locally I seeked out this dealership as they were the only ones advertising that they would not be charging a premium on top of MSRP. I am from New Jersey. They are located in Virginia. I was asked for a $5000 deposit. I did so, when it was time to take delivery of the vehicle 7 months later I was told by the dealership and finance manager that I would not have a choice to finance the vehicle nor was I allowed to pay cash for the vehicle. Instead, I was only FORCEFULLY told to lease the vehicle with a markup of 100 points onto their money factor added to the MSRP at the end of the day. For context this equated to a premium of about $500-600 more per month on the lease. If I I decided to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease after all taxes and fees I would of over paid by $50,000 to own this vehicle the way the dealership forces me to purchase. (Lease to buy) Both the finance manager and sales director (Mike Dwyer) told me its a standard practice they do to all customers that lease a vehicle from them, they maximize profits and raise the money factor on every deal. The customer doesn't even know what's going on. The customer wouldn't see it on the contract. Its hidden on a back screen only the dealership can see. No matter if its a $40,000 vehicle or $150,000 vehicle. ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THESE GAMES. The finance manager stated this was a standard practice of the dealership, and that if I could afford this truck then I could afford to pay the markup. The finance manager spoke to me in a most condescending tone and told me "this is what you are going to do, take it or leave it." I was incredibly upset and asked for a few days to process this as this was in no way shape or form what was discussed when I left the deposit back in July 2022. In the interim of processing this egregious and shady sales tactic I had a death in my family, which I mentioned when the Sales Director (Mike Dwyer) called me to try and strong arm me into either filling out a credit application or they will take the vehicle away from me. His cold and callous response was "We will release the vehicle to another client and part as friends if you don't complete the paperwork." The crookedness and heartless business practices of this dealership left me with no choice but to not accept their deceitful business practices. They never intended to sell me this vehicle at MSRP as agreed, instead they thought I was a desperate fool willing to go along with their strong arm business practices to take a vehicle with an insane markup. I had to fight to receive my deposit back from the sales director who dodged my calls, text messages and emails. I did end up receiving it finally but I can not believe this is the way this dealership chooses to do business. After speaking with the general manager ( David Sanez) he even told me I could of purchased locally for $20,000 over msrp and saved 5 months of waiting with getting a lower interest rate, and that deal would of made more sense then the deal I would be getting from them. He also stated that the owner of the dealership was the person who set the structure and no one will over turn or alter the structure for this specific vehicle. Who does that. The original sales women( Jean Benedict) sounded very sweat as well while placing the order but quickly changed and couldn't handle running numbers clearly, and quickly started to avoid all my calls/ emails. This is a exclusive vehicle Cadillac is not mass producing and was a dream of mine to own. This is a collector vehicle for the future. They crushed my dream and wasted a lot of my time. I've been driving Escalades for years and was never treated or lied to this way from any local dealership. Everyone locally was upfront on there markups. Shady characters here at Moore Cadillac. More

TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. I bought my Virginia car remotely in late Dec 2020 from Texas. As of today, June 17, 2021, I have yet to receive my permanent plates and title. That's over 6 months 2 weeks! remotely in late Dec 2020 from Texas. As of today, June 17, 2021, I have yet to receive my permanent plates and title. That's over 6 months 2 weeks! I have written to General Mgr David Saenz multiple times. After which, someone promptly sends me temp paper plates. That's being going on for over 6 months now. The local police officer is anxiously looking to pull me over as he seen me drive past him a dozen times. My neighbors probably think I'm showing off or that I feel entitled. Now my bank is requesting I send them a copy of the title which I don't have. Oh, let's not go into why it took 3 weeks to buy the car. That's another long story I don't want to bring up now. Customer service? Where is it? More

Horrible Car Buying Experience My husband wanted a used car that we could only find at Moore Cadillac. We went to the dealership to inspect and test drive the car. We were not ready My husband wanted a used car that we could only find at Moore Cadillac. We went to the dealership to inspect and test drive the car. We were not ready to discuss a price, but the sales manager kept insisting that we we give him a number. Since we refused, he implied that we could not afford this vehicle and that we did not have good credit scores, so we left. After searching further, we could not find a similar car at a different dealership, so we decided to purchase it from Moore Cadillac. We negotiated with the dealership and settled on a price, down payment, interest rate, etc. We also completed the loan application before going to pick up the car. Unfortunately, our disappointing experience continued when we returned to pick up the car. We were at the dealership for three hours. There was no one ahead of us in the finance department, but we spent most of that time waiting for the finance person. When we finally saw him, he tried to give us a higher interest rate than we had already agreed on, and convince us that it was a good deal. Eventually he decided to give us the rate we had already agreed on. He also kept forgetting to subtract the cost of tags since we were transferring them from our existing vehicle. The entire experience was horrible. I am not sure how anyone could be happy with the customer service that we received. If this car had been available at another dealership, we would've walked away and never spent our money at this establishment. We will not be back to purchase ANYTHING from this dealership again. I could not wrap my head around the new RXs, they have not won any beauty contests in a loooong time. I decided to do research on cadillacs and went to Moore Cadillac in chantilly. AMAZING!! The whole experience was professional, personal, pleasant, and NOT reproducible anywhere else. Albert, Tony, and Farid were amazingly awesome. I ended up buying a 2014 SRX with 15k miles, the price was great, the warranty--amazing, and financing beat USAA rates! I had the best experience and so happy with my decision and vehicle. They are sales people, but not slippery or creepy. More
