I miss the outstanding service I received from Steve, who I was saddened to hear is no longer with Gettel. However, my first experience with David was great! I appreciated the call at the one hour mark with I was saddened to hear is no longer with Gettel. However, my first experience with David was great! I appreciated the call at the one hour mark with an update. He was kind, professional, and detailed in explaining the slight delay in the service completion on my vehicle. I would like to make a recommendation. When I drove up into the service bay, there were six employees standing around. One gentleman directed me where to park. But when I got out of my vehicle, not a single personal acknowledged me, or welcomed me, or even looked my way. Where’s the love? Where are the smiles? I did not feel welcome. It wasn’t until David came out from the building was I greeted and felt I was seen. The six were busy on their phones. Not a good image. More
